YOUR BUSINESS. IN CONTEXT.

Know where
your business
stands.

Your records, conversations and decisions tell one story. We're building a clearer way to see it.

THE MISSING LAYER

Your business knows more than any one person can keep in their head.

The answer is often already there. It just takes an inbox search, a spreadsheet, a CRM check and a conversation to piece it together.

EngineDeck is being built to connect that context, so you can spend less time reconstructing the story and more time deciding what matters.

THE RULE

Your CRM stays your CRM.
Your scheduler stays your scheduler.

THE COMPANY BRAIN

See the context
behind the answer.

A company brain is an organized record of what your business knows, how work happens and why decisions were made. It is company context, not a new AI model trained on your data.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

A better handle
on the day.

Useful business intelligence should help with the questions you actually have. These are the views we're developing, built around your existing work.

01

Start with what matters.

A daily overview of changes, open questions and work that may need attention.

DAILY OVERVIEW“What needs a closer look today?”
02

Notice the pattern.

Recurring reports that bring related records together and separate a useful finding from a guess.

INSIGHTS & REPORTS“Where does the same delay keep happening?”
03

Ask the business.

Questions grounded in company records, with a path back to the evidence.

SOURCE-BACKED ANSWERS“Why did we make that exception?”

ONE QUESTION. SEVERAL SOURCES.

Where are follow-ups
slipping through?

Your customer system has the estimates. Your inbox has the replies. Neither tells the whole story on its own.

A useful answer brings those records together, shows what it can support and tells you what still needs checking.

Read the recordsCompare the contextExplain the gap

Illustrative example, not a live report or connected account.

AN ANSWER WITH ITS EVIDENCE

An open estimate.
No reply in the records.

WHAT SUPPORTS IT

The estimate is still open. The available email history contains no later reply.

Estimate recordEmail history
WHAT WE DON'T KNOW

A phone call or conversation outside those records could change the picture.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Check the conversation before following up. EngineDeck does not send the message or change the customer record.

The conclusion stays tied to the information available.

THE BOUNDARIES MATTER

Your business.
Your tools. Your call.

EngineDeck should make the business easier to understand without becoming the place you have to run everything.

01 / KEEP

Your systems stay in place.

No replacement CRM. No new scheduling system. Work keeps happening in the tools your team already uses.

02 / CONTROL

You choose what it can see.

Start with a defined question and approved read-only sources. Keep unrelated information outside the scope.

03 / INSPECT

Your records remain yours.

You keep your source accounts and underlying records. Readable exports of the company context are also planned, so it can be useful beyond EngineDeck.

A FEW USEFUL DISTINCTIONS

Clear from the start.

Is this another chatbot?

Questions are one way into the company context. The wider product we're building includes daily views, patterns and recurring reports, so you don't have to start every day with an empty prompt.

Does it replace the software we use?

No. EngineDeck's scope is to read approved records and explain what they show. Your existing tools remain the place for sending messages, booking work and updating records.

What does “company brain” mean?

An organized layer of company records, relationships and decisions. It gives an AI model relevant context; it does not mean a new model has been trained on your business.
